ABV 8.2% | IBU 36 • Rich and layered, this imperial stout spent six months in Buffalo Trace and maple barrels, picking up deep notes of licorice, dark toffee and subtle maple sweetness. Smooth and warming on the finish, it balances bold flavor with an elegant barrel presence.

ABV 6.1% | IBU 30 •Juicy, tropical and highly drinkable. This pale ale was brewed with 11% Fonio, an ancient African grain that has been cultivated for over 5,000 years. It has a short growing season and is highly resistant to harsh environments. The beer was brewed in collaboration with the Fridley Basketball Team, and a portion of the proceeds will go toward supporting the team.
